She is capricious and arbitrary: bringing restoration, and pleasant dreams, or torment and frustration.
But cool evenings are one of her blessings. She rewards soft comfy flannel sheets underneath heavy duvets and quilts with sweet lullabies. Sleeping weather is around the corner, yippee!
I love the idea of calling winter the Sleep Goddess. Its so true!
