sibs sunday
Contstuction zone
Sis and Bro don’t watch television, though they are rooting for the Cardinals. So as all children do, they went to play in the local construction zone. Bro was apprehensive about going inside. Sis was eager to get out, so she put those teeth to good use, and chewed her way out.
Boys night out
The boys were treated to a New Belgium beer dinner at Grandma’s favorite restaurant, the Summit. Yummy. However, boys will be boys. They might not be invited back.

Being beautiful has it advantages. Proof? Admirers and gifts. Mia is showing off her gorgeous silk martini scarf. She hasn’t taken it off since recieving it. It is so special everyone should have their very own. Interested? Please check with Tracy Borders. Rumor has it she will even custom design one for you in her [...]
Future revealed
Sis has been seeking the answers to what the new year holds for us. What those answers are, I do not know; she is not telling me. She’s keeping it a surprise.
Sibs at the laundromat
Bad mother! Last week I neglected the Sibs, so to atone, we went all out. Trip to the laundromat. It was like a circus! I think they enjoyed it, even the tumbles in the dryers. It wasn’t until it was too late I saw the sign that children are not allowed to play in the [...]
Sibs Thanksgiving
A quiet, peaceful meal with the family. Boring. so I spiced up the sib’s pictures by playing in a photo program. Click over to Sibs Sunday to see more. Wishing everyone had a fulfilling (I crack myself up) Thanksgiving weekend.
Inside IQF Houston
The last photos from the Sib’s road trip to Houston. There were some very generous vendors that allowed Mia to frolic and play in their booths. A large thank you to Touch Alpaca and Quilting Adventures. Also a thank you to Lucey APQS Long Arm quilting. Click on Mia and the 3 bears to see [...]
Wine dinner
Mia and Rygel (formerly known as No-name) delighted in an evening of Bacchanalia. Hosted by Maggiano’s Little Italy and the gracious Antinori Winery, the siblings joined the family in the joyous pairing of excellent food and wine. To witness the entire debauchery, click on the photo of Mia playing sommelier, or click on the Sib’s [...]
Last minute helpers
In 14 days,we leave for Houston’s IQF. Without a mouth, No-name speaks volumes. Apparently he believes we need a final push of product. He is being very sweet and helpful. Mia is trying. But she is easily distracted. Although I wanted to carve pumpkins with them today, I was reminded of the ‘incident’ with the [...]
Unsocialized Siblings
Warning: Do not leave unsocialized sibling alone. Recent photos of Mia and No-name playing plastic surgery have come to our attention. We kindly ask for respect while we work through therapy with our recent additions to our family. It is our sincere desire, upon the return of their sisters, brothers and cousins, that they will [...]
Farmers’ market
Mia and no-name went to the farmers’ market to scope out pumpkins. I explained about Jack-o-lanterns and they were excited by the idea. Halloween is around the corner. Click on the photo to see a few more pictures of their outing.
Meet the newest Sibling
We had a lovely play date, Mia, Terry and I, at our favorite local fabric store, Great American Quilt Factory. Cruising the store before the playing upstairs began, I noticed this cute little creature. He was sly, following us around, but Mia pointed out he was lonely, and suggested he join us. Click on the [...]
Mischief Makers to Michigan
The mischief makers are leaving me to travel to Michigan – alone. I’m so excited for them; they’ll meet new creature friends and see more human creatures. What if I get lonely without them? What will I do? What will become of Sib’s Sunday? I was able to snap some photos in the warehouse to [...]
Little Helpers
Tommy volunteered to be the contractor on my deck replacement project and recruited his cousin Lovey (in stripes) for the labor. It was a disaster. Tommy found he could remove nails without damaging his teeth. Lovey found that the composite deck boards are heavier than they look. Clumsy Lovey fell through the framing and barely [...]
